The Asian Development Bank (ADB) wanted to support the Pacific Power Association (PPA) with its regional benchmarking efforts by developing a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard.
Service Provided
We reviewed the scope of PPA members' performance reporting and disclosure processes, covering corporate strategy, financial sustainability, business and operational management, corporate governance, gender inclusiveness, risk management, digital and information technology, and personnel. We assessed the existing data gathering and processing methods and developed a new design and software architecture for the reporting process. We implemented the performance database with linked KPI benchmark dashboards for power utilities. We developed dashboard access policies and procedures to comply with PPA members' data confidentiality policies and restrictions and organized regional workshops to train utility users on the updated processes.
