The Asian Development Bank (ADB) wanted to conduct an Energy Transition Readiness Assessment for the Asia-Pacific region to provide a tailored benchmark to assess and compare the energy transition readiness and progress of countries, facilitate alignment with regional goals, enhance collaboration, and serve as a useful diagnostic for investors.
Service Provided
DHInfrastructure researched and compiled the efforts of Pacific Small Island Developing States (SIDs) to green their energy sectors and the specific challenges for the energy transition in the region. We also identified opportunities for SIDs to advance their energy transition, highlighted success stories, and contextualized the impacts of climate change for the region.
