The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) holds the PPP Americas Conference every two years to bring together top professionals and public and private-sector representatives from Latin America and the Caribbean to discuss groundbreaking topics and exchange ideas on planning, structuring, and managing public-private partnerships (PPPs). For the 2023 conference, the IDB wanted support to develop the programmatic content for the PPP Talks, which are six preparatory panels held before the conference where experts lay the groundwork for the discussions that will be held during the conference. In addition, the IDB required support to develop the conference agenda.
Service Provided
DHInfrastructure developed the programmatic content for the preparatory events of the PPP Americas 2023 Conference. This included the definition of themes and topics to be discussed in the six PPP Talks that were held before the conference. We prepared concept notes to prepare the participants for the PPP Talks and summarized the conclusions and findings of the panel discussions. Finally, we identified the most relevant themes and topics to discuss under the proposed schedule, attended meetings with PPP Americas' main partners, and developed the description of each panel and plenary session of PPP Americas' agenda.
