The Office of the Pacific Energy Regulators Alliance (#OPERA) is a forum for the energy regulators of the #pacificislands region to enhance regulatory decision-making skills and technical capacities. DHInfrastructure consultants had the opportunity to support OPERA’s Annual Meeting last week in #fiji. Denzel Hankinson kicked off a series of workshop days by leading an Introduction to Tariff Setting and Service Quality Regulation. Krissy Barshevsky interviewed member country delegates on communication needs for future business plan implementation.
Many thanks to the delegates for bringing their extensive experience and passion to this regional forum, to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for sponsoring the event, to NARUC for supporting a key benchmarking study, and to Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) for hosting a tour of regulators at the Nadi grid control center.
