Last year, DHInfrastructure completed a first-of-its-kind study with the The World Bank, African Development Bank Group, and Association of Power Utilities of Africa (APUA) assessing the performance of more than 70 electricity utilities in Sub-Saharan Africa on more than 60 indicators of financial, operational, and transparency and accountability performance.
