The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) holds the PPP Americas Conference every two years to bring together public and private-sector professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean to discuss groundbreaking topics and exchange ideas on planning, structuring, and managing public-private partnerships (PPPs). Jaime Hurtado, who works as a senior manager at DHInfrastructure, is helping the IDB develop the programmatic content for the 2023 conference agenda and its preparatory events—the PPP Talks. Together with the IDB team and in preparation for the PPP Talks, Jaime has written two concept notes on the synergies between PPPs and a wide range of topics, including climate investment, digital transformation, supply chains, and job creation.
