DHInfrastructure completes evaluation of SECO energy sector projects

“beautiful infrastructure by redceltriots, on Flickr” DHInfrastructure recently completed a six-month evaluation of energy projects funded by Switzerland’s State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. SECO is an agency of the Government that focuses on supporting the Swiss economy domestically and abroad. The Economic Cooperation and Development division of SECO provides financial and technical assistance in the energy and water sectors to several developing countries that have formed economic partnerships with Switzerland. Our evaluation covered 22 energy sector projects in 11 countries. As part of the evaluation, DHInfrastructure personnel traveled to Albania, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, and Serbia to meet with local officials and project managers and visit project sites. The evaluations for these four countries were presented as in-depth case studies.
