DHInfrastructure recently finished a project in collaboration with the World Bank and the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) to assess options for a long-term tariff strategy in Armenia’s water sector. The study, which included a willingness to pay study, financial modelling of sector costs and tariff design options, and extensive stakeholder consultations with the Government of Armenia, will serve as a foundation for selecting a new operator for Armenia’s water sector in 2016.
