Krissy Barshevsky and Denzel Hankinson again had the pleasure of joining the Annual Meeting of the Office of Pacific Energy Regulators Alliance (OPERA https://lnkd.in/etT7HVEY). This round was graciously hosted by the United Nations ESCAP, in cooperation with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and parallel to the Asian and Pacific Energy Forum (#APEF3) in Thailand.
Denzel presented DHInfrastructure’s update to the regional regulatory benchmarking study launched by NARUC in 2022, as well as a companion study on tariff methodologies and tariff design. Krissy rolled out a communications strategy and action plan for OPERA.
This is such a dedicated, passionate, and accomplished group of professionals. Krissy and Denzel have tremendously enjoyed working with them for the past 18 months and regret that their assignment is nearing its end.
