DHInfrastructure recently contributed to a significant report published by the Pacific Private Sector Development Initiative (PSDI) titled “Powering the Pacific: The Cost Implications of Renewable Energy.” The study examines the impact of transitioning from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources on power generation costs and consumer tariffs in six Pacific developing member countries of the ADB.
Our team provided expert analysis and insights, particularly focusing on the structure of electricity service costs and the relationship between electricity costs and tariffs. The report offers valuable guidance for policymakers and utilities in the Pacific as they navigate the complexities of the energy transition.
