The United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) wanted preliminary project assessments and final project reports for activities in South and Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands under USTDA funding consideration, including feasibility studies, technical assistance activities, and energy sector pilot projects.

DHInfrastructure researched U.S. export potential and foreign competition for clean energy technologies for in project opportunities in South and Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands as indicated by USTDA. This research included solar PV and BESS technologies in Fiji and the Federated States of Micronesia, methane capture membranes in Malaysia, copper mining technologies in the Philippines, green hydrogen and floating solar in Thailand, and renewable natural gas in Indonesia.
