The World Bank wanted a comprehensive assessment of heating options in the urban building sectors in the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan to identify viable supply options and related energy efficiency measures to help meet heat demand in urban residential and public buildings.
Service Provided
DHInfrastructure prepared summary reports of the viable heating solutions for meeting residential and public demand in each country. We conducted technical, economic, and financial assessments of each heating option; assessed supply and demand; and provided recommendations for increasing supply and energy efficiency; and developed an action plan describing next steps in the short and medium term.
