The World Bank wanted to develop a regional energy sector diagnostic identifying energy issues and constraints which require country-specific and regionally-coordinated interventions in the Western Balkans.
Service Provided
DHInfrastructure assessed challenges in a number of energy sub-sectors including power, renewable energy, energy efficiency, district heating, and natural gas. Based on this analysis, we provided recommendations to guide the Bank's policy dialogue, technical assistance, and financial support in the region.
